Upon recommendation from a colleague, I stopped here to get a fresh handmade sandwich. I was not disappointed. I went during an off time so, my wait was very minimal. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'm likely to visit again.

My favorite deli in Fairbanks. Some places, when you order a vegetarian sandwich, you get a piece of American cheese and lettuce between wimpy bread. Here the vegetarian sandwiches are loaded with good cheese and fresh veggies (although the vegetable selection is not huge). The tuna salad is delicious too. Tomato bisque and complimentary (!) mini cheesecake brownie bites are not to be missed.

The best sandwich shop in town. Prices are excellent. Very fresh ingredients.
