Pleasant Grove/Hueytown area needed such an establishment. Excellent customer service is more valuable to me than anything. From the time I walked in the store, until I left, the staff went above and beyond with quality service. Great job!!!

They have exceeded our expectations several times with their customer service and quality of service. I hope they will be here for long time. We love our UPS store.
