First of all, I can't stand the employees here. They're all extremely rude, I'm not exaggerating, they're extremely rude. I've never had a friendly cashier here or order taker, whatever they're called. I've come to this Monroe McDonald's ever since I was a baby, I've had the exact same service every time. I finally decided after 16 years that I should write a review for this, that would be the only safe way at this point because if I decided to call up there, there would be some hurt feelings. Anyway, I would gladly gladly ask you guys and managers at this McDonald's to please hire some employees that are worth a damn. Not just employees that want to commit there life and career working at McDonald's. Please take this review into consideration, along with all the other one star reviews. Thank you.

Place was so dirty.... 3.30 in afternoon... not busy..... 6 or 8 employees sitting at table... dirty tables and a lake of water in front of restrooms ... no worries... yellow caution cones are up. Also yellow cones at drink area. Would i go back ...nope

Always love bringing the kids to this one. They really enjoy the play place. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the tables are rarely ever cleaned. They are either greasy or sticky everytime we come in.

Good food, and the person who took our order was nice. But they were completely out of ketchup in the sit down area. The drink and napkin area was flithly. Then as you walk in, the area was littered with dead bugs and looked like it hadnt been cleaned all day.

Used the drive up service. The person that took the order was not clear and concise. When I received my order it was short of two sandwiches. It was quickly corrected. Food was fine.
