Two years ago, I switched to Sprint from a competitor that begins with an "A" and ends with a "T", and I could not have been happier. A huge reason for this reaction is the team at the West Berlin, NJ store. Whether it's hardware concerns, questions about billing, or just seeing which plan is best, they are kind, supportive and professional. Lawrence was available when I visited today, and spent more time than most would have answering my many questions. He researched which plan would work best for my family, saving money and stress in the long term, and was even able to apply a discount for having a AAA account. I appreciate positive customer service anywhere, but especially those that stand above and beyond. Thank you to Lawrence, Shaun, and the rest of the staff at the West Berlin, NJ location!

My time at this Sprint Sore was awesome. The 3 young men were great. I have with Sprint since 2004 and this was the best experience I have ever had. Thank you!!!

I have been a sprint customer for about 5 years and The sprint team at the West Berlin , NJ location went above and beyond their job on 2/10/2017. They made me feel personally welcomed, respected and comfortable to discuss my account and the issues I was experiencing after the King of Prussia mall sprint store gave me the "run around". The team took charge and fixed my account promptly (cleaning up the King of Prussia store's negligence) making me feel like a truely valued customer!! I will NEVER go to another sprint location since it would be totally impossible to duplicate the amazing customer service experience I received here!

This is the BEST Sprint location in South Jersey! The staff is always so knowledgeable and friendly. They go out of their way to solve problems and never leave you disappointed. I highly recommend the West Berlin Sprint store to all Sprint customers!

Shawn was an incredible help! I was never made to feel any question wasn't important, and he spent a lot of time making sure I understood all the answers before he moved forward with something else!I would recommend coming here to anyone that is not electronically inclined. Conrado was also a great help in case Shawn is not available!
